Support Muslim Media
For decades, Muslims have been portrayed on screen by people who don't know us. Fajr Films makes cinematic, faith-rooted documentaries that show our communities as they really are. Your support keeps that work independent.
Why give?
Muslim stories are usually told about us, not by us. That gap shapes how our neighbours, peers, and communities see us.
Fajr Films exists to close it. From Alberta, we produce documentaries and visual media rooted in faith and made with care, and we train the next generation of Muslim filmmakers through our photography and videography courses.
Every contribution goes directly into productions, equipment, or subsidized course seats for Muslim youth. No big studio, no outside agenda.
Just our community funding its own voice.

You can choose where your money goes. Each tier has the intention of how we aim to spend it. And if you’d like to support us with something specific, you can select a custom amount and let us know what you’re supporting.
